We are thrilled to invite you to join us for New Comet Registration & Orientation: Comet Quest! This is the first step in your adventure.
Our hope is that you are excited about joining the Mayville State family, and that you’ll be even more excited by the end of our time together.
Our goal is that no question goes unasked or unanswered while you’re here with us, so please make sure to speak with the presenters, visit offices, and meet current students.
2026 New Comet Registration Days take place on April 22, May 20, June 1, June 11, and July 14.
The April 22 and May 20 New Comet Registration Days will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Campus Center Lobby, and will go until 4:30 p.m.
The June 1, June 11, and July 14 New Comet Registration Days will begin at 10 a.m. in the Campus Center Lobby, and will go until 3:30 p.m.
Accuplacer testing and other optional activities will be scheduled before and after the other activities.
We will provide lunch each day so you have another chance to meet us, ask questions, and get to know the campus. Campus tours will be provided to anyone interested at the end of our time together. There will also be a resource fair to learn more about campus programs and services.
Students and parents will rotate through sessions separately from one another. Students will work with an academic advisor to choose courses for fall semester, and will hear from a variety of offices on campus who are here to support them on their journey.
