Housing Application and Housing Portal

Apply for campus housing today.

Students interested in living on campus can apply for housing through the Housing Portal.

Before You Apply

You will need:

1. Your Campus Connection username and password.
2. Admission to Mayville State University.

How to Apply

1. Log in to the Housing Portal using your Campus Connection credentials.
• If you do not see the academic year you are applying for, the application is not yet open. Please check back later.
2. Complete the housing application and submit your housing deposit.

Housing Deposit Information

The housing deposit is $150, which includes:

• $30 non-refundable housing application fee
• $120 housing prepayment, which will be applied to your housing bill

Residence Hall Preferences

During the application process, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred residence hall. While we make every effort to accommodate preferences, placement requests cannot be guaranteed.

If Your Plans Change

If you apply and pay the deposit but later decide to attend another college, you must cancel your housing application.

• The $120 housing prepayment is refundable.
• Once your cancellation is processed, the University will issue a refund.

2026–2027 Housing Application

The housing application for the 2026–2027 academic year is now open.
